Candidly speaking, I think that's a lovely, yellow mellow photo!

Luis - I love shooting on the underground, partly because I can. Obviously flashguns and tripods can attract some attention but generally the people running the system take a laid back approach. As long as you are not getting in the way or doing anything stupid they are happy to let you shoot away.
It's especially good in the evening when there are fewer people around. This woman just walked into the shot as I was pushing the button - entirely accidentally.
It's also a good technical challenge since it's at the limits of my camera'a ability for no flash, no tripod shots.
Nice and bright! I love the gradient on the wall.
Thanks Hilda - the gradual shift in colour runs the full length of the station and ends up a really dark blue / purple.
