This is a very effective memorial. It fills me with horror and sorrow.
A stunning memorial. I remember the incident well. I had visited the Oktoberfest a few days before.
Serendipitous timing AB. At the moment security is tight around the Fest since the threats that were made against Germany in the run up to the election. But it's impossible to police something that size and that open.
