Candidplatz

Candidplatz, also on U1, is probably the most colourful and decorative station on the entire system.

Colorful, yes. But not garish. These colors, I think, would have a good effect on the mood of commuters.

Thanks all. What I like abou tthis station is that, as you can see at the far end, the colours change to much cooler tones and give the place a very different mood and feel.

Welcome Virginia. Many years ago I made it to Mobile and Montgomery on a road trip but never got to Birmingham. Nice to see now what I missed.
